Brady Onishi is a senior advisor and finance executive with extensive experience supporting companies through complex situations, including turnarounds, liquidity management, capital raises, and strategic transactions. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and financial advisor to companies in food & beverage, consumer products, media, manufacturing, services, direct-to-consumer, and other industries, working closely with lenders, private equity sponsors, and management teams to stabilize operations and enhance shareholder value.

Brady specializes in situations requiring rapid financial visibility and decisive execution, including distressed environments, underperforming operations, and transaction preparation. His work has included restructuring initiatives, operational improvements, working capital optimization, and financial diligence for acquisitions and capital raises.

He frequently serves as an interim or fractional CFO/COO, partnering with leadership teams and investors to implement disciplined financial processes, improve reporting and forecasting, and develop actionable turnaround and growth plans. His approach combines hands-on operational finance leadership with transaction and restructuring expertise.

Brady’s background includes experience across Big 4 public accounting, investment banking, and Fortune 50 corporate finance. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche, followed by roles at The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. He later worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey before transitioning into CFO and advisory roles, where he has supported private equity firms, family offices, and entrepreneurs in navigating complex financial challenges and delivering exceptional results.
